Today I am going to talk about the eye contact. How to do it on your adult date or in the bar, how to actually have it, how to get over your fear of it and how to actually get started with it.

Eye Contact. Does It Matter?

Eye contact is crucial because it tells a woman who you are, it tells a woman whether you are a man or whether you are shy or insecure or uncomfortable.

When you are shouting it out on the dance floor, like you can not rely on your superb communication skills and your great flirting ability, you can not rely on that.

You have to basically just use your eyes and your body, okay?

You can shorten that whole process I have just described and say in your mind “You want me, right.”

That is what you need to think if you have that kind of eye contact.

Now another kind of eye contact that is really useful and I just want to give it a name.

I would call it a fascinated eye contact.

So say you are on an adult date basically saying in your mind and note how this all has to do with you how you think.

You are saying in your mind “Hey, you are fascinating” and when you speak to her, you are thinking “You are fascinating” and it is also going to make you actually feel fascinated by her which is a good thing and it is okay as a man you can be fascinated with her, with a woman and you can enjoy that process and you can let that show a little bit.

That fascinated mindset is my secret weapon to actually, even when I am not like in the best state if I just say one: “I am fascinated by you”, “You are fascinating”, all of sudden I click into the right state and women say “Oh, you have got beautiful eyes” or “I like your smile” or whatever because they notice that I am actually really starting to click into them.

It also gives you that the real connection with a woman.

So when you are like not sure how your eye contact is or you feel self conscious, go beyond that by basically saying “You are fascinating” in your mind.

It will make you self conscious about yourself and it will give you the kind of right eye contact that you need when you are on a sex date, when you are talking to a girl for her to actually know that you are interested in her.
